Shipping.
Products sold at AngeLegacyDesigns.com are shipped out of our location in Kauai, Hawaii. All orders are shipped within three business days.
We do our best to expedite your orders both out of our own doors and to our our suppliers, so they can ship as quickly as possible. One of the requirements we make of our suppliers is that they ship promptly and take care to package your items securely. If you encounter any delay in receiving your order, or any other problem with your order, please contact us so we may resolve the issue.
We use the United States Postal Service for all of our shipping. Our shipping rates are based on the actual cost of shipping the item to you, calculated by weight, or by use of flat rate boxes, to insure you are getting the best shipping rate possible.
Every shipment carries insurance and delivery confirmation, plus a $2 handling and materials fee.
Return Policy.
We accept returns at our descretion for items returned in sellable condition within 15 days of purchase. Refunds are for the purchase price only, or for store credit. That said, our overriding policy is to maintain the best possible relationship with our customers and site visitors, so please contact us if you have any problems or complaints so we can create an arrangement that is to everyone's satisfaction.
